I place banana bag in a 1 liter bottle of Evian. 4am drink half, go on long run and drink the other half afterwards. Like the orange flavor. Hot humid Florida days, keeping hydrated top of the list. Thank you Banana bag! I always order the 30 pack as needed. All the best everyone!

We use banana bags at prelim-finals swim meets, and whenever someone is either sick or looks under the weather. They really seem to help.
I ordered these after recently being diagnosed with POTS and I’m post gastric sleeve surgery 5 years ago so I don’t absorb vitamins like the normal person. As an RN I have administered this in IV form. This product can prevent Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome with excessive alcohol use. It is also great for dehydration. And as such is a must have for your survival pantry. When SHTF you may accidentally drink contaminated water causing diarrhea and dehydration and this stuff could be a life saver.
I get nauseous often from an eating disorder. This calms me and makes me feel ready to eat at least something small. It helps with stomach pain, hangovers, when sick, and helps with headaches. I love it. I wish the price was a bit lower though.
