As an RN I have administered this in IV form. This product can prevent Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome with excessive alcohol use. It is also great for dehydration. And as such is a must have for your survival pantry. When SHTF you may accidentally drink contaminated water causing diarrhea and dehydration and this stuff could be a life saver.
I get nauseous often from an eating disorder. This calms me and makes me feel ready to eat at least something small. It helps with stomach pain, hangovers, when sick, and helps with headaches. I love it. I wish the price was a bit lower though.
