This stuff is great. They are marketing it for the wrong activities. About to go hunt Rocky Mountain elk? Take it. About to go alpine skiing? Take it. About to ride dirt bikes? Take it. If you’re going to do an activity that is physically strenuous and you don’t have lots of chances to hydrate, utilize this product.
